Researchers can analyse and compare three cutting-edge technologies for monitoring the Earth's movements: seismic, infrasound, and fiber optics.

Additionally, Stendammen offers more than 50 years of continuous, high-quality seismometer data.
With access to three advanced seismic technologies, a unique database and the remote location of the station, the site is ideal for researchers exploring new methods and technologies in seismology, geophysics and environmental monitoring.
