Tirsdag kveld registrerte seismometeret ved Universitetet i Oslo og Bergen tydelige signaler fra jubelen i nærheten av stasjonen under Norges VM-seier over Elfenbenskysten.

Signalene ble registrert av seismometeret ved Universitetet i Bergen. Stasjonen driftes av Universitetet i Bergen og er en del av Norsk Nasjonalt Seismisk Nettverk (NNSN).

A new team 100% focused on research and services for “Security and Resilience” and a new “Geoscience Technologies” team will continue to deliver advanced detection seismology solutions and services.

Arve E. Mjelva, deputy CEO and former Head of Solutions, will lead the new department named Security and Resilience which will further expand NORSARs activities on security, defense, and societal resilience. Tina Kaschwich is new Head of Solutions, and the department will be renamed Geoscience Technologies.
